The situation with the Man in the Striped Suit is impairing Joel’s work routine and he must cancel a meeting with a client. Not knowing what else to do, he goes back to The Voyeur headquarters to try and sleep. Some of the lights are not working and an already jumpy Joel finds a gift in his bed.
