The Prison

As I wander...

Once again darkness has arrived and I am free.

I walk this world unseen, watching the frantic scurrying of all the others.  The only light I can stand is that which shines from your beauty.
It is tragic really, that such a vision of loveliness appears to me, so far away, unknowing of the effect you have had on me.
But I know nothing can save me.
I don't want it to.
Farewell for now, perhaps someday I will stand on a far castle wall and see you happy and home…
