How do I tell you of Eliza?
6ft tall with long wavy brown hair 
And the face of an angel. 
I have watched her grow up
From the time she was 11.
Now at 17 she is the kindest,
Most beautiful creature on Gods earth. 
How sad that I can only love her from afar, 
I’m too old to do more. 
There must be a tragic irony in this,
The fact that two people meet
And are doomed never to be together. 
But, I smile and go on my way, 
She will never see the pain in my heart

………….oh dear, beautiful, Eliza.
