| People are generally very particular about how they decorate their home; however, a lot of people neglect to give personality to their bathrooms. But sometimes it’s because they are minimalists and their lack of decoration is just a reflection of their desire for a clean uncluttered look. And even then color (or a piece of art on the wall) may play a factor. Though gas stations and stores generally do not decorate their bathrooms it is not uncommon to find a lot of decoration in a restaurant bathroom. For them, your restroom experience is part of your eating experience. You may not want to go back if the bathroom is disgusting. Some of my favorite decorated restrooms around town are Buca di Beppo, Dirty Franks, The Union, La Scala, OSU’s Barbie bathroom, and Betty’s Fine Food + Spirits. |
