Betty's opened on the Short North in September of 2001 and
though it is always sad to see restaurants go it is especially
exciting if the new ones share your style. With a name like
Betty's and pinups on the wall it attracts the wild, the retro,
and The Voyeur. Owner Elizabeth Lessner and Manager Otis Oswald were kind enough to share a little insight to this fantastic, cozy, and delicious little restaurant. Elizabeth says, "Betty's is the first of the family of restaurants. Prior to Betty's the space in the Short North housed some other great restaurant concepts including the Russian Tea Room, Lost Planet Pizza, and the Galaxy Cafe. Betty's has no affiliation with the prior restaurants in our space. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary this fall."
