I made it to Wall St. in time to take my makeup off
and change into my non-sweaty clothes. Since it was
a breast cancer fundraiser I wore Felix’s pink dress
shirt…he had left it here the last time he
visited…we aren’t together if that’s what you are
thinking!! The video feed idea did not work so well
because my cord was too short (which is unusual for
me ;-{) ) and it also would have been from the side
at a weird angle anyway. And I’m pretty sure the
projector would have been in the way as well. But
it was okay. Miss Viva! had made sure to leave the
go-go table free for me so I set up there and filmed
the whole show. This was so much better. I got
great shots. The girls were totally rockin’ it!!
Unfortunately, though, my camera decided to start
buffering during two of the numbers so a few seconds
on each got cut. But that is the way of technology,
sometimes it’s unpredictable. The numbers were so
entertaining though! I still can’t believe people
can do live performances so well. I guess I used to
but it just seems so much better when you are
watching someone else. Viva looked incredible in
her cape. And Satan’s Angel’s performance was so
exciting. It just kept going. What a great
finale! Afterward I went to get my makeup kit from
the dressing room and she was in there with Bella
Sin and Champagne Shock. She is such a fun lady and
so full of energy and great stories. I am so lucky
to be able to be around such talented people all the
time. What an exciting life I lead.
