When people think of the word “hooligans” what comes to mind?  Kids on the street causing trouble? According to the dictionary the word “hooligan” means a ruffian or hoodlum. The Wholeoman has a better meaning, the word “Hooligan” is five wonderful guys who can make a crowd happy through music. This group of guys consisting of Bob Cain, Kevin Cain, Joe Lovett, Ed Norris, and Jim Wade performs here in Ohio under the name “The Hooligans."
