My favorite part of going to events is stumbling over talent, and this time it was a young bright smile in a cowboy hat that caught my eye.  Through the rain and the cold he kept on singing with as much energy as a Red Bull and with a voice much like that of Hank Williams, Jr.

After hearing him sing, to read that he is only 19 is surprising but this modern country star knows his history.  Influenced by masters such as Buck Owens and Waylon Jennings there is a passion in his music that sparks memories of my own youth and sends me sailing down the lane to when I was around 19.
