An old man called out to me one day while I was working downtown.  He was dressed in a security uniform for the LeVeque Tower.  He waved his hand as he approached me.   He was so happy to see my coat.  He looked inside and pointed then smiled at the numbers stamped on the green fabric.  That was thirteen years ago.  I wonder if he is still around.
