Note: It is to our dismay that Paul Robinett candles has closed forever. Due to the recent revamping of the Short North a lot of our favorite small businesses have fallen victim to change. Paul's building was undergoing construction and he was asked to end the lease and relocate. However, he was unable to find a new location and shut his doors for good. On a up note, Ann Robinett has taken over the candle making business. I stopped by her store on March 5, 2011 and it reminded me very much of Paul's place. The selection is fewer but the candles still smell wonderful. Her shop is located just a jump from Paul's at 9 Buttles Ave. STE 116 Columbus, OH 43215 She is open Mon-Sat 11am-7pm. (614) 221-7005 Check it out, the candles are still white with a black label.
