She was beautiful, she was buxom, she was badass.

Bettie Page was the most photographed pinup of the 20^th century.  I remember saying in 2007, it’s going to be so sad when Bettie Page dies.  And that it was.  At the time I couldn’t imagine life without Bettie.  Her sweet voice in the interviews, her catty remarks to copy cats; now that she’s gone she is an icon.  But these days, an "icon" is a 1 inch by 1 inch graphic on a webpage.  She is so much more than that.  She is a way of life.
