It is not often reported on the news, but when it is, whoever is involved can say goodbye to their career for awhile.  Getting caught getting it on in the privy has an audience reaction level of about the same as getting arrested for murder.  Having sex in a public restroom, or even just considering it, is such a taboo in American society that if one even gets caught around it they can pretty much expect to be associated with it for the rest of their life.
